How does FasterQ track our calls?
A lightweight Android app runs in the background on your team's phones and auto-logs every SIM and WhatsApp call in real time — number, direction, duration, agent and recording. No VoIP, no number change, no manual entry. Everything shows up in one dashboard.
Do we need to change our SIM or phone numbers?
No. FasterQ uses your existing SIM and number, and works on all major Indian networks — Jio, Airtel, Vi and BSNL. No porting, no new connection, no VoIP setup.
Can it record both sides of a call?
On most Android phones, yes — both the agent's and the customer's audio, for SIM and WhatsApp calls. iOS recording is restricted by Apple, and a few newer Android versions need a one-time setting. If a device can't record, we tell you upfront.
Can I connect FasterQ to my CRM?
Yes. Native integrations are live for Zoho and LeadSquared. For HubSpot, Salesforce or anything else, we push calls, contacts and recordings via webhook / REST API. If your CRM isn't listed, ask us before you buy.
How much does it cost?
₹99 per agent per month, billed annually — includes unlimited call tracking, recording and analytics. Usage-based add-ons (like missed-call WhatsApp alerts at ₹0.75 per alert) are billed only when you use them. No hidden fees, no setup charge.
Is our call data secure and legal to record?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on Indian cloud, and only your branch's authorised users can access it. Recording uses an on-device consent flow and follows Indian data-privacy rules (DPDPA); you control how long recordings are kept.
